I watched Episode 2 a long time ago, but I stopped halfway and I didn't pay attention or whatever, and I realized, that with Episode 3 coming out fairly soon, maybe I should watch it again. That combined with the need to watch something whilst I do some elliptical machine to lower my blood pressure.
I watched the first hour or so. I don't see why Padme would fall for Anakin. He seems so creepy and weird. It's really one of those situations where I feel the romance is rushed and they're just pushing the "forbidden love" angle a little too much.
Somethings that stuck out:
1. Anakin is being the typical stubborn apprentice character, and in response to his lack of obedience/patience, Obi-wan says "Why do I get the feeling you're going to be the death of me?" Clever. All more clever is Anakin's response: "Don't say that Master. You're the closest thing I have to a father. I love you. I don't want to cause you pain."
I think I need to watch Episode 4 again. I want to see Obi-wan's character there.
2. When Obi-wan is making references to a planet in space, he says that "According to my information, it should be in this quadrant somewhere, just south of the Rishi Maze."
What does "south" mean in space? This idea came up also in Joe's blog, there he referenced Ender's Game and the idea of there is no north/south, but there is up/down. That was a good book.

138/77
That's my blood pressure, and it's high for my ripe age of 22. This is the fit of my life and I'm a disappointing slob. Well, its hereditary, but I should be a little better.
So don't ask me if I want to rest of your sandwich. Tell me not to finish my fries. Tell me not to ORDER fries. Tell me to go easy with the mayo or the olive oil. Tell me to go easy on the rice because you're concerned for me, and remind me of 138/77.
On a side note, my pulse was 55. I don't understand my body at all.
The gym buddies system didn't work out too well last quarter -- anyone willing to give it a try? Once my schedule gets finalized, I'll post gym availability.

Gym Class Heroes is a 5 piece hip-hop band that uses live instruments and musicians instead of looped samples and canned beats. The band has produced an original hip-hop sound fusing crisp guitar rhythms, deep melodic bass lines, head cracking beats, and conscious lyrics to create a sound that is truly their own.
We even got a secret handshake
and she loves the music that my band makes
I know I'm young but if I had to choose her or the sun
I'd be one nocturnal son of a gun

In Joey Season 1, Episode 8, there is a discrepancy. In the first 10 minutes, there is an old video of Michael playing baseball in little league, he hits right-handed. Later when he is in the batting cage, he practices his swing left-handed.
I wonder if there is some study that shows if people can grow up with a preference for one hand, and end up using another hand. Perhaps precision/strength hands also have differences...

It's the shiz-nizzle my dizzles.
I started listening to the Sleater Kinney album. Sounds solid, and I plan to listen to it more in-depth. Will update more later.
If you didn't hear my lame voice, then crank up the volume and refresh. I'm still working on it -- hopefully I can embed it in the template and have it play w/o the huge WMP or RealPlayer box there.
My ringtone = Final Countdown. More pwnage to come later.

This is my boss from my internship, aka Neon D. Surfer.
Me: Man, this whole dual-monitor stuff is great.
Neon: Yah, its really helpful when you're workin on some task, checking e-mail, picking up phones when someone calls and helping them, managing IMs with people, and trying to share the best links for porn at the same time.
The worst has come and gone, and I'm fairly confident for the rest of the quarter. There are some expected bumps and whatnot, but it could be a lot worse. I may be singing a different story tomorrow come midnight, when I'm frantically coding a program, but I'll go ahead and say that I'm in a comfortable situation right now. It can be handled, and that's what I'm going to do.
Seems like Rizzle-dizzle is having some tough time getting shizzle together but hopefully room awesome at TRV 160 will be able to step up and finish off this quarter with high marks.
Random hilarious moment is when me and Rizzle made the "valley girl gangsta" that says "like, for rizzles!"
Hilarious!

Good to know that one hell week is over, but this one has impending doom written all over it. However, I'm in a better mood, and Frazz always makes me think a little more clearer.
Thursday has 3 projects due, but luckily, my team is kicking ass, one of them is j/syntax, and only one is really difficult.
Had fun watching a reality show for once -- American's Next Top Model. I actually was watching a marathon of reality Tv! I shouldn't be allowed to do that anymore.
Back to the daily trudge *sigh*
Happy 3 yrs and 11 months w/kate! wow 4 years in one month. 4 years. I really do love her.
