"Sometimes...

...you have to take a break from being the kind of boss thats always trying to teach people things. Sometimes you just have to be the boss of dancing."
Thank you Michael Scott. More excellent words were never spoken.

What a ridiculous waste of my time...
Clearly there is a tongue twister of an article over at Wikipedia. I like to think that I'm open-minded and can accept this sentence, but damn it all if I realized I just wasted 10 minutes of my life. I eventually came to terms as to how to say the sentence -- it took quite some time really. It is interesting for people who enjoy that "Homophones" category in Jeopardy, or who understand distinct differences in things, but be weary; it is not for everyone.
On a side note, here is some information on the buffalo as an animal:
Bison is a taxonomic genus containing six species of large even-toed ungulates within the subfamily Bovinae. Only two of these species still exist: the American Bison, which is the species commonly referred to as "buffalo" in American Western culture, and the European Bison, or Wisent. Although common, it is technically incorrect to refer to bison as "buffalo," as true buffalo are native only to Asia (see Water Buffalo) and Africa (see African Buffalo).
Bison were hunted almost to extinction in the 19th century and were reduced to a few hundred head by the mid-1880s, from which all the present day's managed herds are descended.
Bison are now raised for meat and hides. Over 250,000 of the 350,000 remaining bison are being raised for human consumption. Bison meat is lower in fat and cholesterol than beef which has led to the development of beefalo, a fertile cross-breed of bison and domestic cattle. In 2005, about 35,000 bison were processed for meat in the U.S., with the National Bison Association and USDA providing a "Certified American Buffalo" program with birth-to-consumer tracking of bison via RFID ear tags.
No, I do not have an ornate interest in bison or buffalo -- Kate and I went to Ruby Tuesdays and ordered a Bison Burger, and I realized two things:
A. Are bison and buffalo the same? I doubt it, but wasn't certain.
B. If so, weren't buffalo extinct?
Clearly not. Hmmm beefalo...

Hey Cubs!
So the newest Loyola Magazine came out -- I don't normally pay attention to them, but I was happy that my mail got forwarded to my place in Vegas. I couldn't help but notice to image of the Hellraiser himself gracing the cover - none other than Mr. Terry Caldwell.
It brought back some fond memories of teachers going through this issue, as they talked about some of the great teachers there. I was hoping for an excerpt on Mr. Tom Goepel, but alas, there was none. Included are Mrs Dell'Amico, Mr. Kwan (faculty since 04, so we never knew him), Mr. Wolfe, Madam Cane, Mr. Portman, Mr. Caldwell, and Mr. Bodensteiner.
Something both Kate and I were intersted in was Mr. Portman; his wife taught at Notre Dame, and she had heard stories about him from me. Apparently Mrs. Portman is basically the same sort of nicest-person-in-the-world teacher that Mr. Portman was; I'm glad the NDA girls were able to have someone like Mr. Portman at their school. Honestly -- if more people were like Mr. Portman, the world would be a better place.
I don't pretend to keep in touch with the teachers or anything, but taking me back to high school, and a definitive time in my personal development -- I can't help but be happy for the great teachers at Loyola.

Facebook!

Here's one way to get your blog out there -- import it to facebook! With all of the news feeds putting it front-and-center on everyone's homepage, everyone who willingly accepted me as a friend will now get a quick check up on the news over at bozasm.com!
Now for those with issues with Facebook, consider this:
All of your groups, friends, interested, wall-conversations are ALL public on your profile (as far as friends can access). Now no privacy is being treaded upon -- whatever people can access on your profile is feeded to the news feed.
To be honest, it's made me want to go to Facebook more often, only to realize 2-3 people a day are joining a variety of "THIS NEWS FEED SUCKZ0RZ" groups.
Perhaps an option to limit what is fed would be better for people not to get alllllll wound up about it, but your wall, your notes, your everything you put on facebook is basically public display -- only now people realize it.
Coming soon: an update to Rawkviews featuring a catchy song and a video based on The Office.
To all my Cubs out there on Facebook now reading this due to a Facebook feed -- who fucking loves Baba O'Riley? I swear, I totally considered getting a license plate that said LivThe4 or some variant.
