"I saw the ad for electric scissors during an episode of The Simple Life, which is a show that glorifies these two rich giggling cunts who have no respect for anybody -- just vile people, awful human beings, who get away with everything cause they're rich! And the blond will blow you apparently. But here's the thing -- I saw that ad for electric scissors during one of the highest rated shows in America about these rich fuckin mean pieces of shit, and I vowed I would retain that image every time I hear George Bush say 'The terrorists hate our freedom.' You know what? I hate our freedom!"
-- David Cross (of Mr. Show, the title character in Run, Ronnie, Run, and Tobias from Arrested Development)
His comedy is pretty decent. A quick IMDB search showed he was in MIB 1 and 2 (Newton; the character escapes me, but I think he was the dweeb who owned the video store in the second one), and lent his voice to GTA:SA and Halo 2.
New years day was fun. Started off by watching the floats for the Rose Parade (first time ever for me). Interested to see how the marching bands played all-american tunes, as a sort of glad-to-be-an-American kind of way. America the Beautiful was followed by fan favorite September. An interesting song played was Outkast's Hey Ya. I'm glad to know that if KBIG plays it, its good enough for the Rose Parade.
Happy anni to Kate! 3 years and 9 months =)
