This is a great website. Tells you how secure (or insecure) your website is, and a good detailed instruction on how to use a relatively-difficult tool (compared to Ad-Aware and SpyBot) HijackThis. As the website says -- an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Either make sure your IE is up to date (the computer at my internship is updated and has zero browser security weaknesses), or you use Firefox (I'm told Safari is pretty damn secure also, but users should still check).
