its a 12-bit divider/mod logic circuit. Basically A and B on the top are input numbers of 12-bit size (0's and 1's), and it calculates A divided by B. Q on the bottom is the quotient and R is the remainder. All the crap in between is the logic involved in binary division. Fun, eh?
