Graduation came and happened. In fact, it came and happened two weeks ago. The day after my graduation, I had my final day as a Call Center Representative, and two days after my graduation, I had my first full day as a full time IT Technical Assistant. Yesterday I had my final day as an unpaid intern at Millennium Systems.

I have officially joined the tribes of cubicle monkeys as a full-time worker.

Others are planning post-graduation parties, summertime fun, grad school, while I toil for a buck. I felt a little sad at first, but I enjoy the freedom the income gives me. Better to have a job than to be looking for one.

I had a great graduation day. I chilled with Ray, Sizzle, and Jimmy, and while we're all not super close, it was fun to be with people I knew. It was fun and comforting, and almost cathartic to finally graduate.

Work at QLF has become pretty hectic, but the IT crew is pretty cool, and I like how the team is set up. The apartment hunt is ongoing, and my fingers are crossed at the place we're checkin out today.

I actually have a lot to do today at work, despite it being a Saturday, so I'll get to it.
