I solemnly swear..
...to use today's revelation and my internal perseverance to reach my goal.
Focus and clarity can steady the blurred image.
Any given day, I will accomplish something to push myself towards either
A. a more solid and stronger career
B. a healthier body
C. a more complete character
For example:
A. display an high level of work ethic and positive energy at work; any sort of studying towards my eventual certification
B. Eat more vegetables, count how much I chew, go to the gym; make a solid conscious effort to eat better or less or work out; get a full nights rest
C. read books, play guitar, learn more about real things.

on a side note, i think it would be teh awesome if we all go to the loyola championship football game saturday night then hang afterwards. we'll round up the troops and have a jolly old time. holla.
