Hilariously ironic. I didn't know exactly what it meant, but I got the gist of it. I don't know where that intuition came from. A quick google search and my gut feeling was absolutely corrent.

It's the same gut feeling you get when someone shows you a new coat and says "hey! guess how much I got this for?" You know that by the way they are phrasing it, that they paid a good price for it, and you naturally guess lower than if you simply saw the coat on a rack.
